April 17th - Garden Party & Annual Meeting

Please join us for the 3rd annual PAAEC Garden Party; come mingle with Tigers in the region, friends of Tigers, and new CT admits to the Class of 2015!  This is a family-friendly event and kids are most welcome.   Wine, cheese and heavy appetizers will be served, and backyard games such as soccer, croquet, and Frisbee will be available, weather permitting.

Elsie Sheidler, Assoc. Director of the PACE Center
, will speak on "Princeton in the Nation's Service Today." The annual PAAEC board meeting will be held immediately prior to the Garden Party circa 2:30pm, during which our Executive Committee will be elected and departing PAAEC Young Alumni co-chairs Wade Gibson '06 and Josh Geltzer '05 will be honored.

About Elise Sheidler:
With primary responsibility for University-sponsored public service internships and public interest post-graduate fellowships, Elsie advises students on the practice of addressing critical issues of public concern through innovative and creative work during the summer and/or after graduation. Elsie coordinates support for alumni involvement in public service and works closely with the Alumni Council Standing Committee on Community Service, as well as with classes, regional groups and individual alumni to inform and realize their civic engagement interests. Elsie focuses her work on building new relationships, sustaining existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for collaboration between students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community partners.

Princetonians now at Yale: The Yale Shuttle (blue line) picks up/drops off at East Rock Road and Edgehill (only a block away), and you can always arrange for a security car to take you door to door (203-432-6330).
